Our heart is to create a movement in South Florida that results in lives being changed and churches being planted all over the world!

Mission statements & vision statements are great, but they are not for us. Chances are you probably don’t even know the mission and vision statement of the place of your employment. We want something that is simple, easy to remember and at the same time speaks of the purpose of our church. We call this our mantra.

Our mantra at SouthCoast is to Love God, Create A Movement. We should love Jesus first and foremost with all of our heart, soul, mind and strength. Secondly, as a Christian we should create movement in our own life towards God to know Him better and create movement toward other people to love them and serve them.

We serve a God of the impossible; therefore we should set absurd goals, take risks and live by faith. We refuse to offend God by not believing for the unthinkable.

We believe irrational generosity is the only way to live; sacrificially giving our time, money and resources.

Unashamedly, we believe the local church through Jesus Christ is the hope of the world. It is the church’s calling to creatively impact all facets of culture, encompassing all generations and ethnicities.

Revelation leads to revolution. We believe the transforming power of the gospel is so astounding, it’s selfish to keep it to ourselves.

Everyone is irreplaceable yet should replace themselves. As we remain in a posture of learning and imparting, we all have a role to play and responsibility to raise up others.

You have a home here. Nothing should keep you from the benefits and fun of being around healthy family and people that love you, regardless of your past or present.

We adopt the following Statement of Faith, as agreed upon by the National Association of Evangelicals:

  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
  • We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
  • We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
  • We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
  • We believe in the baptism with the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of spiritual gifts.
  • We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
  • We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
